What happens after I send a message?

If it’s easier, we can arrange a quick call to talk things through and help you decide whether we’re a good fit.

Do I need to prepare anything before I get in touch?

If you already know what you’d like help with, it’s helpful to share that.

But if you’re feeling unsure or completely overwhelmed, don’t worry – you’re not alone.

Who do you typically work with?

We work with small business owners, freelancers, consultants, and professionals using technology in their work.

We don’t typically offer services for personal/home tech issues or device repairs — that’s best handled by an IT support provider.

Can I still work with you if I’m not confident with tech?

Yes, of course! Many of our clients don’t consider themselves tech-savvy.

As long as you use a computer or digital device (even just a little), we can help you build skills and confidence in the tools you need to run your business effectively.

How do bookings work?

Most of our bookings are handled online, but we can also arrange this over the phone if you prefer.

For ongoing Tech Coaching, we usually book the next session at the end of your current one to keep things consistent.

If you need to reschedule, just get in touch and we’ll sort it for you.

I’m not ready to book – can I still stay in touch?

If you’re a coaching client and get stuck or have a question after a session, we’re happy to help where we can.

Your Tech Coach may not be able to respond immediately — as they may be working with another client — but, they'll get back to you as soon as possible.
